In 2018, the idea of organizing a singer-songwriter festival in Lecco was born. In the cellar of the tavern at the Poggi, there were unplugged performances by 3 artists each evening, with the opportunity to interact closely with the audience and performers, creating an atmosphere reminiscent of the Greenwich Village in New York in the 1960s. "Canzoni spogliate" (Stripped Songs) is the slogan of the "I Re Nudi" festival, whose name is inspired by the "Re Nudo" festival that took place for the first time in 1971 in Lecco/Montalbano. In 2021, the festival evolved into a larger event, marking the fiftieth anniversary of the Re Nudo festival in Montalbano.
